1. Go to the Fields view - tap the icon.
2. Swipe up the bottom sheet (the element with your farm name on it) or tap on the farm name.
3. Tap the plus icon.
4. Find your field on the map:
- you can move the map by holding and dragging your finger across the screen,
- you can enter your farm’s address or GPS coordinates in the search box at the top of the screen,
- or, if you enabled location services and you are on your field, you can tap the locate me button
Use two fingers to zoom in/out the map.
5. You can create fields by selecting the predefined shapes or drawing them manually. You can also use both methods.

Field selection is now available only for farms located in:
If you don't see the white boundaries of the fields in the Select Field option, please choose the Draw option. |
1. Tap the shape of the field you want to add to your farm.
2. Select the crop. You can scroll the list or use the search box to find a specific crop type. If you don't want to add any, scroll till the end of the list and select "No crop".
3. You can continue selecting more fields.
4. Tap the Create fields button.
5. In this step, you can edit the default names of the fields you want to create, change crops, and optionally add varieties and seeding dates. Scroll through the list of fields to check the details.
6. Tap Finish to finalize the field creation process.
Depending on the number of fields you create, generating biomass maps may take a while.
Draw fields
1. If your field's boundaries are not marked with a white outline, or you want to create shapes manually, tap DRAW.
2. Zoom in the map using two fingers.
Tap on the screen to start drawing. A blue dot appears each time you tap, indicating the shape's corner. To edit the previous action, tap Undo or Delete and start over.
To close the boundaries, tap the green dot.
3. Select the crop. You can scroll the list or use the search box to find a specific crop type.
4. You can continue drawing your fields on the map.
5. Tap the Create fields button.
6. In this step, you can edit the default names of the fields you want to create, change crops, and optionally add varieties and seeding dates. Scroll through the list of fields to check the details.
7. Tap Finish to finalize the field creation process.
Depending on the number of fields you create, generating biomass maps may take a while.
You can switch between field selection and drawing. SKYFLD pre-saves all selected and manually created shapes, which you can review on the list before adding to your farm. If you want to resign from saving a specific field, tap the trashbin icon.
