How to manage notifications – SKYFLD® Mobile

There are two types of notifications in the SKYFLD APP - push and e-mail. They inform you about the most important events concerning your farm and fields that may require an urgent reaction. You can disable and enable push and e-mail notifications independently and as often as you need.

Push notifications

Tap the icon at the upper right corner of the screen. (It is visible when you are on the Feed, Tasks, or Scouting view)

Next, tap the Notifications category and select Push notifications.

Here you see the following notification types with the toggles next to them:

Biomass maps:

New biomass maps - you will receive a push notification each time a new biomass map is created (either on your farm or farm that is shared with you).
Biomass vitality alerts - if the vitality drops or increases by 20% on one of your fields or fields shared with you, you will receive a push notification.

Scouting notes:

All new scouting notes - you will receive a push notification each time a new scouting note is created on your farm or a farm/field that is shared with you.
Assigned to you - you will receive a push notification when other users assign you to new or already existing scouting notes.
New comment - you will receive a push notification when someone posts a new comment to your scouting note or the note assigned to you.

Tasks:

All new tasks - you will receive a push notification each time a new task is created on your farm or a farm/field that is shared with you.
Assigned to you - you will receive a push notification when other users assign you to new or already existing tasks.
Task marked as done - you will receive a push notification when tasks you created or those assigned to you are marked as done.
New comment - you will receive a push notification when someone posts a new comment to your task or the task assigned to you.

Plantix:

All new recognitions - you will receive a push notification each time Plantix recognises diseases, pests, or nutrient deficiencies in photos added to your scouting notes, tasks, and comments and those assigned to you.

Tap on the toggle next to each type to turn on or turn off a selected type of message.

I don’t receive push notifications

If you skipped or didn’t enable push notifications during the first login or account creation, tap the Enable push notifications button.

If you use the notifications blocker application, please check the settings of the app.
